Join our Taiwanese dumpling open-group cooking workshop for individuals, couples, friends, or family! This is a great chance to meet new friends while learning authentic Taiwanese dumpling techniques. Classes are available in Mandarin, English, and Dutch.

What you will learn in this workshop

  • How to prepare dumpling dough easily and perfectly

  • Tips for a juicy or soup-filled filling

  • Different folding techniques in easy steps

  • Best methods for frying dumplings with crispy bottoms or steaming dumplings
