Ingredients:

  • Beef shank (slow-braised)

  • Handcrafted wheat noodles

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Star anise

  • Chinese cooking wine

  • Rock sugar

  • Scallions

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Heating Instructions (Frozen):

  1. Remove the beef and broth from the freezer.

  2. Heat the beef and broth in a pot over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until fully heated.

  3. Boil the frozen hand-made noodles directly in hot water for 5–7 minutes (no need to thaw).

  4. Drain the noodles and combine with the hot broth and beef.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Storage & Shelf Life:

  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below

  • Shelf life: 6 months from production

  • Once thawed, consume immediately
