Ingredients:

  • Pork

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar

  • Garlic

  • Five-spice powder

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Heating Instructions (Defrost First – Recommended for Best Taste):

Oven:

  1. Fully defrost the sausages at room temperature or in the fridge.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

  3. Place the sausages evenly on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper if desired).

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked inside (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F) and golden brown.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Air Fryer (Optional):

  1. Fully defrost the sausages first.

  2. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

  3. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked and browned.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: Defrosting first ensures the sausages are juicy inside and the cinnamon and five-spice flavors are fully expressed.
