    Ingredients:

    • Wheat flour (bun dough)

    • Water

    • Minced Pork  (braised)

    • Soy sauce

    • Sugar

    • Fried shallots

    • Five-spice powder

    • Salt

    • white Pepper

    • Oil


    Heating Instructions (Frozen – No Defrost Needed):

    Steamer / Pot (Recommended):

    1. Place the frozen buns in a steamer basket.

    2. Steam over medium-high heat for 15-18 minutes until fully heated and soft.

    3. Serve immediately and enjoy warm, savory Lu Rou Bao.

    Microwave (Optional):

    1. Place the frozen buns in a microwave-safe dish.

    2. Put a small bowl of water next to the buns inside the microwave to help retain softness.

    3. Cover loosely and microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, check, then heat for another 1–2 minutes if needed until warm.

    4. Serve immediately.

    Tip: Steaming preserves the fluffy texture and keeps the filling juicy; microwaving with a bowl of water helps maintain softness and elasticity.
